Today we wired the new hiring page end to end. Pick a role, paste your experience, hit send — you get an instant "received", and a real person picks it up from there.

The interesting part is what happens behind that confirmation: a server-side assistant drafts an internal fit note to help us read every application fairly and fast. It is decision-support only. A human decides. Always.
