We’re assembling generations. Maybe yours is next.
Two roles are open. Tell us which one is yours and why — a real human reads every submission.
Equal footing. A clear path forward.
To start here you need a CV — not necessarily a degree.
Welcoming a new team member is the most important and responsible thing we do — so your successful onboarding comes first. Ideally, we’ve already met you as an intern.
Equal recognition, by principle
We believe every team member deserves the same recognition — in working conditions, salary, and benefits. So 20% of annual profit is distributed equally among everyone on the team, and pay increases follow the IG Metall schedule. There are no stock options here — we share the profit itself: less in lean years, more in strong ones, and more again as you grow with us.
- Same working conditions, salary, and benefits — for everyone
- 20% of annual profit, shared equally across the team
- Pay rises track the IG Metall pay schedule
- Entry pay on every track is benchmarked to the German median income — a real starting floor, not a trainee rate, the same across Development, Sales, and Business
- Bring your own device — plus an annual IKEA allowance to kit out your space
- Paid vacation well beyond the statutory minimum
- Recurring sabbaticals at reduced pay — and your entitlement accrues over time
- T-shaped profiles — we cover for each other, for holidays, sick days, family time, or anything personal
- We coach each other — across background and experience, young and old, women, men, and everyone in between
- A Deutschlandticket for every team member — public transport across Germany, on us
- Need a car now and then? We share one via Stadtmobil car-sharing
Four-day week. Friday is community day.
Monday to Thursday you work where you do your best — from home or from the office, your call. Friday is community day: the whole team together in the shared office, for the things that compound quietly:
- Learning
- Podcast sessions
- Blog writing
- Football
- Tennis
- Language training
- Music lessons
How we work with each other
- Honest, but fair.
- We talk to each other — we don’t hold grudges.
- We only join meetings where we can contribute.
- A meeting without food should have been an email.
A clear path forward
Three tracks, equal in standing. You always know what the next step is and what it pays.
Development
- 1Specialist
- 2Senior Developer
- 3Architect
Sales
- 1Sales Associate
- 2Sales Partner
- 3Senior Sales Partner
Uncapped commission for junior sales, tapering as your base grows — and paid only once the client has paid, and only then.
Business
- 1Business Specialist
- 2Business Partner
- 3Senior Business Partner
All three tracks share the same bands — your level sets your pay, not your function — on top of the profit share, split equally.
Thinking before speaking is the motto of the critic. Speaking before thinking is the motto of the creative. We want — and need — both, to excel and deliver value for our customers.
We want to learn from the best every day — it’s the only way we move forward. So we prioritise the topics and clients we can grow with, personally and as a team.
