Why we publish our pay

Equal recognition is easy to say and hard to prove. So we put the numbers on the careers page: the same base bands for every track, the same profit share for everyone, pay rises that track IG Metall.

If the structure is fair, sunlight only helps it. If it is not, sunlight is exactly what fixes it.

We would rather be the team that overshares the boring truth than the one that hides it.
